The senior staff at Power offers more than 35 years combined experience in providing project solutions for program and facilities management, including the recruitment and training of senior managers and support staff augmentation.  Both senior staff members at Power have been with the Company since it was founded in 1997.

Liz Nozero
Elizabeth Nozero, CEO of Power Services is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara (B.A.) and the University of San Diego (J.D.).  She has practiced law in both California and Nevada for more than 25 years.  Prior to establishing Power in 1997, she had a long and varied legal career in both the public and commercial arenas. She has served as in-house counsel for the largest federal prime contractor in Nevada, the University of Nevada System, and one of the largest gaming companies in the United States.   Additionally, Nozero served as general counsel for the military division of Nevada’s largest HMO, which successfully bid and operated the managed health care contract for military retirees and their families in the northeastern United States.  She has served as Chairman and/or Board Member for the Nevada Commission on Civil Rights, the University of Nevada Area Health Education Program, and the Governor’s Committee on Infrastructure Financing.  Ms. Nozero was selected by the SBA as the Small Business Person of the Year in 2004 for the City of Las Vegas.

Her experience, combined with her professional business acumen, brings a rare level of expertise to Power. Ms. Nozero’s knowledge of federal subcontracting procedures and contract administration, government procurement, consulting, drafting of service contracts and teaming agreements, and HR policies and procedures, ensure that each of Power’s government clients receive the best possible service and attention to detail. Clients directly benefit from this experience and expertise which help ensure the smooth operation of all contract requirements.

Tamera Garner
Tamara Garner, President of Power Services, is a graduate of Pepperdine University in California.  She has more than 18 years of experience serving government clients with an emphasis on Operations and Human Resources.  She was  recruited to work in Operations for General Telephone and Electric and for one of the largest hotel/casino companies in the United States.  She gained extensive experience in employee relations while employed by US Borax, an international mining corporation, during challenging union contract negotiations.  Ms. Garner’s combined knowledge of government and commercial employment requirements, together with her understanding of Power’s capabilities, policies, procedures, and mission, are invaluable to the daily operations of the Company.  Ms. Garner has also established the ability to seek and finalize new business opportunities and to forge relationships with government contract sources, sub-contractors, and other partnerships that complement Power’s core competencies.

Ms. Garner is actively involved in the community and various national organizations, including NAWBO, SAME, Society of Human Resources, ASTD, and is a volunteer for the Las Vegas Nevada Readiness Committee.

Gary Greenwalt, Construction Manager, is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado, with a B.S. in Earth Science. He has more than 25 years of experience in construction, including general, residential, industrial, commercial and federal government projects. He is a licensed general contractor in Nevada, California and Alaska, with applications pending in Arizona and Utah. He has served as Project/Construction Manager as well as QA/QC Manager on significant federal projects in Nevada, Colorado, Texas, Louisiana and Florida. He has a record of experience in the preparation of federal government construction proposals, including cost estimation, design development, contract review, subcontractor procurement and management, and the development and implementation of safety and quality control/assurance programs. Mr. Greenwalt has also received special training and certification in Quality Control for Federal Contractors, Hazardous Waste Management, Hazardous Materials Handling and Management, DOT Confined Space/Emergency Response and OSHA general construction regulations. He is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Environmental Engineering from Kennedy Western University and is active in the Project Manager Institute of America.
