Job Title: Human Resources Consultant IV
Description of Duties: Responsible for the recruitment, screening and selection of employees for a large health care company located in Las Vegas. Also responsible for tracking resumes through Resumix and for conducting employee relations activities including counseling, investigations and disciplinary actions as well as basic orientation and training.
Minimum Qualifications: Proficient with MS office applications and use of the Internet. Knowledge of EEO regulations and other labor laws at state, federal and local level. Advanced understanding of cost per hire, turnover, retention, statistics and compensation practices. 8 plus years of experience as HR generalist with some of that experience in the health care industry. College degree in HR or related field and PHR Certification preferred.

Job Title: Compensation Manager Las Vegas, Nevada
Description of Duties: Must have excellent analytical skills with expertise in Excel, HRIS, and Oracle. Pivot tables and variable compensation also a must. This person will be the highest level executive compensation manager in a large, publicly traded corporation. Along with analytical expertise, must have ability and experience in supervising others and interacting with top level executive and outside consultants. Must understand and be politically savvy regarding corporate protocol and appropriate methods of communicating through levels of authority.

Job Title: Federal Contract Analyst
Description of Duties: Reviews all subcontracts between prime contractor for federal government and its subcontractors to ensure that all work has been completed, that final payments have been made and that all final notices have been mailed and received.
Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years experience in federal procurement, thorough knowledge and understanding of federal procurement laws and regulations, ability to draft and prepare notices, correspondence and monthly summary reports of actions taken, basic working knowledge of Microsoft office programs.
Estimated Pay Range: $28.00 - $32.00 an hour
Job Title: CAD Illustrator
Description of Duties: Performs design and engineering tasks and skilled drafting work in the preparation of final engineering drawings, plans, and maps from design sketches and instructions from design staff using AutoCAD, computes and plots survey notes and modifies information from other consultants to be used for design purposes.
Minimum Qualifications: Must show efficiency with AutoCAD organizational system and standards. Requires 2 years technical or trade school training and 2-4 years in construction, land development or infrastructure. Must pass drug test and criminal background check.
Estimated Pay Range: $35,000 - $40,000 a year
Job Title: Health & Safety Technician
Description of Duties: Responsible for the investigation of workplace accidents, conducting workplace safety classes, developing and implementing various safety programs such as hazardous chemicals storage and posting requirements.
Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of three years experience in occupational health and safety field, work is fast-paced and requires someone who can multi-task and prioritize those tasks appropriately. Ability to write proficiently is a must. Knowledge of basic Microsoft office programs required. Must pass drug test and criminal background check. Security clearance a plus.
Estimated Pay Range: $22.00 - $28.00 an hour
Job Title: Personnel Analyst
Description of Duties: Performs a variety of professional activities in support of a centralized human resources system, including recruitment and selection, job analysis, classification, compensation and benefit plan administration, systems/record development, employee/organizational development, training and assistance and equal opportunity and employee/labor relations.
Minimum Qualifications: Must possess a Master’s Degree in Business, Public or Personnel Administration, Industrial Relations or a related field and have at least 3 years experience in a human resources department. A Bachelor’s degree with an additional 2 years of experience may e substituted for the Master’s Degree.
