Project Management. The term “project management” has been used to describe a wide-ranging list of services and other deliverables that an agency or commercial client may require for a stated period of time or until the specified task has been completed. Project Management is actually a process for managing a stated task pursuant to a set of guidelines developed by the purchaser. Power has several current contracts that qualify as “project management” that are quite diverse in the scope and nature of the project that is the subject of the contract. But the process of management encompasses numerous common factors that Power has the ability to deliver:

Technical, Professional and Administrative Support.
- Experience in both the private and public sector
- Experience in small and large settings, short-term and long term support
- Large data base of qualified, experienced candidates who have been pre-screened and evaluated for skill level and experience
- Relationships across the United States with other companies as well as our mentor, SAIC, to provide support on larger projects
- GSA TAPS and MOBIS schedules in five jurisdictions across the United States
- Employees with Security Clearances as needed
Engineering and Sciences Support and Consulting
- Experience in providing Support and Consulting in IT, Mechanical, Civil, Construction, Logistics, Nuclear Science, and various other Engineering specialties
- Recruitment specialist who deals only in Engineers and Sciences Support
- Ability to provide long term contract support as well as short term project specific support
- Experience in providing telecommunications project management and consulting
- Alliance with SAIC and other large and small companies that specialize in engineering and scientific consulting
- Employees with Security Clearances as needed
Facilities Management
- Ten years of experience in providing qualified Administrative Support
- Experience in the placement and supervision of building engineering specialists
- Providing general building maintenance, including qualified trades workers
- Telecommunications
- Various project management experience in access control and building security
- Experience in the development and production of security badges and records management
- Experience in providing support for other facility functions, such as the mail room, on-site print shops and safety assurance specialists.
Training/Consulting Services
- Ability to provide customized or off-the-shelf training programs in a wide variety of subject matters
- Pre and post training assessment available
- Access to specialists in designing and implementing workplace safety programs
- Ability to provide classes and strategies in leadership coaching, team building, problem resolution, and other vital teamwork skills
- Access to specialists who can provide training in new high-demand areas such as interrogation techniques, conducting security background checks, compliance with Homeland Security facility requirements, and the protection of employee personal identification information (PII)
Security and Access Control
- Experienced and licensed to provide armed and unarmed security guards for government or commercial facilities and to conduct complete background checks
- Data base of qualified, former military employees who are certified in specific weapons as well as specialized field training, and who have the necessary Federal Security Clearances
- Company director who is dedicated solely to the oversight of this service. He is responsible for personally interviewing and hiring all security candidates, the periodic review of their performance, and ensuring that all applicable license and certifications are maintained. As a retired NYPD detective.

IT Solutions and Support
- Experience in Network HW/SW Support
- Large data base of qualified customer service professionals for HW/SW maintenance, upgrades, installation and support
- Experience in providing a wide range of skilled professionals, from Help Desk Support, PC Support Technicians, Systems/Network Administrators, Engineers, Managers, Directors, Technical Writers and Trainers
- Ability to provide professionals within all phases of the SDLC process: Requirements, Gathering, Architecture and Design, Implementation, Testing and Deployment. Skill sets range from Project Managers and Developers to Web Designers, Data Mining Consultants, QA Analysts, QA Testers and Trainers.
- Candidates have been pre-screened and evaluated for skill level and experience and security clearances are available if required.
